Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE Shipping on Orders Greater than $50 (not including tax, and shipping charges) and not deemed to be “Oversize”, will receive FREE shipping for all domestic shipping destinations within the contiguous US.
Orders less than $50 in value (not including tax, and shipping charges) and not deemed to be “Oversize”, will incur a flat shipping charge of $6.99 for all domestic shipping destinations within the contiguous US.
Oversize Shipments – Items noted as “oversized” will carry shipping charges consistent with standard carrier shipping rates and policies.
All standard shipping will utilize one of the following shipping providers and solutions at the discretion of FaldoFormula.com, unless otherwise selected by the customer at check out as an alternate option with associated upcharges;

Fedex – SurePost
USPS First Class Delivery
Some upgraded shipping methods from these carries are available at time of transaction and will be displayed accordingly as available included any applicable upcharges required for these alternate delivery methods.
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines can take up to 8 to 20 days, or longer, depending on the destination, and any global or regional macro effects on international freight movement that is beyond the control the shipping provider.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FaldoFormula.com will collect all international import duties and taxes via the third party independent shipping provider who will pay the associated duties and taxes required for shipment of the order into the destination country on behalf of the customer placing the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
